Conditions of Boarding
1. If someone other than the owner will be collecting your pet, you must notify staff when checking in.
2. In the event your pet becomes ill during its stay a vet will be called if necessary. If treatment is required the customer agrees to accept the vet’s decision.
3. All reasonable care will be taken of your pet. However, they are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.
4. We reserve the right to re-home any animal not collected within 14 days of the arranged pick-up date if no communication is received from the owner and all efforts to contact the owner fail.
5. All pets boarded with us are insured for any veterinary treatment required as a result of their stay. The cost of this insurance is included in your boarding fees.
6. We cannot board your pet without a current vaccination certificate. Your pet’s vaccination certificate should show that they have been vaccinated in the last 12 months against:
Dogs
Cats
